Chargeback：

I came back to Chargeback.io after taking a break from using the service, and I was honestly pretty lost with the setup and re-enrollment process. I had a bunch of questions and was probably more paranoid about getting everything right than most people.

Their customer service was excellent. They replied very quickly, helped me work through the issues, handled most of the setup for me, and kept confirming everything so I knew it was being done properly.

Really helpful team, very responsive, and they made what felt like a confusing process much easier. Very happy with the service and support. Great app. My first Ethoca alert was refunded successfully, and the setup has been smooth. Support has been helpful and responsive.

Does exactly what it says. Caught an alert early enough for us to refund the order and avoid the chargeback entirely. Easy setup, responsive support. Worth having in place before you need it rather than after.

Chargeback.io has been a great tool for managing and preventing chargebacks. The platform is easy to use, and the support team is responsive and helpful. It has definitely made handling disputes much easier and given me more peace of mind.

Very happy with Chargeback.io! At PerfumeGiants.com, we were dealing with a high number of fraudulent purchases, and the alerts have helped us catch them early, issue refunds when needed, and avoid costly chargebacks.

The support team has also been extremely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the entire process, including how the alerts work, the fees involved, and the auto-refund process.

The app has already helped us avoid multiple chargebacks and made managing fraudulent orders much easier. Definitely recommended for Shopify store owners dealing with fraud and chargebacks!

This chargeback protection service has been invaluable in safeguarding my payment processing account. The team responds promptly and handles alerts in a timely and efficient manner. It was recommended to me by several people who had already used the service, and it has proven to be one of the best apps I have added to my Shopify store. I highly recommend it to any business looking to scale smoothly and confidently while increasing revenue.
