Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and it helps me catch the chargebacks before the land and i can deal with them it saved me tons of money that i would've losed due to limited payouts.

I am getting double charged for being in NDRP program why dont they remove you from their RDR system if they know you get double charged?

We’re really sorry that this happened to you and for any frustration caused. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into your NDRP enrollment and were therefore unaware of any duplicate charges.
You are very welcome to unenroll from RDR at any time. Please reach out to our support team at support@chargeback.io and let us know your account name so we can sort that out for you.
I had a problem with account set ups and Roudy was super attentive with resolving and clarifying my issues. Even hoped on a google meets call to explain everything to me, which i never have experienced it with any other custommer support agent/platform.

Easy setup and exactly what I was looking for: pre-dispute alerts only. Got Ethoca live within a day, and the step-by-step onboarding made enrollment, billing descriptors and auto-refund simple to configure. The dashboard is clean, pricing is clear per alert, and I like that you only pay when an alert actually helps prevent a dispute. Support was responsive and helpful over chat when I had a question about currency settings. Good fit for a store that wants to keep its chargeback rate under control and protect its payment processing.
