Best alert app in the market!

You can’t easily cancel them — they’ve made it extremely difficult to remove your card, and the top-up amount is fixed and quite high, so you can’t change it. I strongly recommend that the team fix this and allow customers to choose their top-up balance and easily cancel any card they want. Otherwise, it feels sketchy.

Update: I spoke with the team, and they have solved all my issues. They helped me unenroll and made the full balance refund, plus helped me understand how their system works. So, I'm changing my review to five stars and waiting for the update where everyone can easily unlink the card and manage the balances as they want, not with some requirements and minimum amounts. Thank you.

Great app for preventing chargebacks before they happen. Easy to set up, clear insights, and the support team is very responsive. Definitely worth it for any growing store.

Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!!

What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them.
So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!!

And do NOT expect any help, they don't help you. They only let their "fine tuned" ai speak for them. This is per Roudys words.
And when he doesn't want to answer a direct question:
"Once again, if a customer has placed an order prior to our activation, then comes and files a chargeback after activation, you won't cover it."

It does not work!!
I received ZERO assistance in setting up, even after I messaged for over a week asking for help.
I got it all set up and active, and bing wake up to a chargeback.
They will ask you for all the customers information. So be informed about that, this is even after they have the timeline and everything.
