Stay away from this app. Horrible support. Nobody got back to me at all via email. Needed to connect one of my new payment processors and they completely go MIA mid transition. Terrible. Use chargeflow. AVOID this app.
We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to provide some context for others reading this review.
According to our records, you indicated your intention to dispute Chargeblast within minutes of installing the app - before any integration or support request could be properly addressed. Furthermore, we’ve identified significant inconsistencies associated with your account that raise concerns about legitimacy. These include the use of a disconnected contact number, an address linked to an unrelated restaurant in Florida, and the loss of access to Shopify Payments - issues typically associated with policy violations or fraudulent activity.
We also noticed that you've posted nearly identical reviews on other chargeback apps, each promoting a single competitor. This pattern raises questions about the authenticity and intent of your feedback.
While we always welcome constructive criticism, we remain committed to protecting the integrity of our platform and the merchants who use it in good faith.
I've tried multiple apps to protect me from chargebacks but this is by far the best one. The team is responsive and very helpful, and the app is super easy to use. Definitely a top app.
