I have been using Chargeflow to handle dispute chargebacks for 1 year, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform is user-friendly, and the process for managing and disputing chargebacks is straightforward and efficient. Here are a few key points from my experience:

If you want to avoid chargebacks and prevent your money from being taken, downloading this app should be the last thing you do.

From the very first few days, I started receiving duplicate alerts for the same orders, and I was charged for both alerts even though there was only one order. I have also received alerts that still ended in chargebacks. According to their policy, I should not have been charged for those alerts, yet I was charged anyway.

Whenever I have raised these issues, they have simply said that they would escalate them to their internal team. They keep you waiting for several days and then claim that everything is correct, that you were not charged twice, and that they do not charge for alerts that still result in chargebacks—even when that is clearly not true.

You only need to do some basic math to see it. If you received X alerts but they charged you for X + Y alerts, something is obviously wrong. Of course, from their perspective, everything is fine because they are the ones keeping your money.

I had a few questions about our account, and support, Queen in particular was efficeint and very helpful with what i needed. Highly recommend Chargeflow!
