amazing support got my issue resolved extremely quick!!
They are exceptionally responsive to inquiries, and I'm impressed at their knowledgeability in how to handle fraudulent chargebacks. It's extremely reassuring to know that they are willing to engage with their customer's questions and take the time to listen to the full story.

Chargeflow has been very helpful with account setup and explaining the chargeback process clearly. The support team is responsive and professional, and the account review gave useful insights. Looking forward to continuing using the service.
The help from the team was good everything is setup now, having my first chargeback. Let's hope for the best.
UPDATE: DON'T USE THIS APP, My chargeback has been lost. Now the customer has his money back and a free product. It's better to provide the proof yourself, a lot or promises but 0% results. Also my Shop Pay is deactivated because of this chargeback. I don't recommend it!

Horrible experience with this company. We had a win rate of around 30% and they do not even reach out to remind you to submit additional information that can be helpful, they just submit a prompt from chatGPT and call it a day. You're better off submitting more compelling evidence yourself, on top of that we were charged an 8% cancellation fee.
