Fantastic app. For years we used CB911 and when they alerted us, we had to login, find the last 4 digits of the card, then go search for it in our payment processor and issue the refund manually, then go back into CB911, and mark it as refunded.

We recently received a Chargeback and ChargeFlow alerted us but also went in and refunded the order on our behalf before it became a chargeback. Our team had to do nothing. Great service and must have to keep your % low.

Mariane from Chargeflow was super attentive, super responsive and did her best to try and reverse a chargeback for me.

Through no fault of her own, nor the app's, I appear set to lose a chargeback case for around $575....as it appears as though without my knowledge, the card was fraudulently used.

So the big banks, still make their money with their $25 Chargeback fee on top of my basically stolen goods.....you would think the banks would have insurance to protect the retailer, who is supplying the goods with a card authorised by the banks in good faith, but not in this world.

The team is fantastic and super kind. Knowledgeable and makes time for us to understand our business and take care of us as a small business.
