Mariane was very helpful with my problem. Also kept me updated
Carina was very thorough and had outstanding customer service skills. She explained the Chargeback process to me to ensure I was not confused by how they do business.
So far very helpful, and detailed. Juda was nice and efficient.
This app has been such a game-changer for my brand's operations! I reached out via email, and Boaz not only jumped on a call to help but went above and beyond multiple times. The support is incredible, and I honestly feel like this app deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!
Great app! Couldn't be easier to install and let's us concentrate on running our business not responding to chargebacks.
horrible hidden fees. Edit: Now after I have ended it with them they harass me daily. When I say please leave me alone they say not until this review is taken off. They have put my phone number and business on scam calls. Horrible
Hi Philthy Blendz,
thank you for sharing this. The experience you've described does not reflect Chargeflow's values, and we take it seriously.
Our customer experience team has personally reached out to you directly to make sure your billing is fully transparent and every concern is properly addressed.
