You, as a business man, have so many chores you need to focus on. Now, responding to chargebacks will not be on your list.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the useful and user friendly interface that was atomically set up when I installed the app. Right away it located a current charge back request and began working on it. Today I had an onboarding session with Boraz which was very helpful. So far this looks like just the partner I need as I work to expand my sales.

Charge flow takes care of everything! It leaves more time for us to focus on the customers and making improvements to our business. Many chargebacks can also be result of fraud so to know we don't have to spend time worrying about all of that is a big relief!
