They aren't the cheapest but their customer service is totally on point and that's why I have stuck with them.
Excellent Service and Support!
Thanks for the help Jason!
1st dispute still being processed but is easy to use. Contacted support and got a quick response, made sure everything was addressed.
Ce sera un plaisir de laisser une évaluation 5 étoiles. Votre accompagnement a été exemplaire et je suis très satisfait du service offert par votre équipe. Merci encore pour votre soutien
I had a few issues getting everything setup and was very pleased with the help I received from Mariane. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Hopefully the app will be as much of a pleasure to work with as she was!
Mariane helped me set up my account properly even after i mistakenly forgot to connect my gmail account. In all this is a really nice app and i highly recommend 100%
My experience with the app and the support team has been good so far. The team has been responsive and helpful for setup and when I needed assistance. I’m hoping they can also help me with handling chargebacks from fraudulent customers, which would make the app even more valuable.
Jason has been a great help, providing clear answers instead of just sending a reference link, which is what most chat customer support services usually do
Carla was very helpful and gave me the proper instructions to get the task done.
Great App to reduce your chance on losing a chargeback, win more than usual.
great customer support too
Very nice app! I fully recommend it. Thanks to Carla and Maria who helped me set everything up, they were very attentive and professional.
