Great service!
We just set up our account with Chargeflow and it was an easy and seamless integration. I set up a call with Ben to walk me thru the first initial chargebacks we received and he was very helpful, guiding me thru the platform and providing tips on how to optimize the software to best cater to our business needs.
Not satisfied with results. We are losing chargebacks that were fraudulent

Fraud-reason disputes are the hardest category in chargeback recovery and outcomes vary a lot by account — which is exactly why we'd rather look at your specific numbers than answer in general terms. We would like to pull a full win-rate breakdown by dispute reason for your account and walk through your fraud cases with you individually, so we can see what's happening on your disputes rather than guess.

Chargeflow is amazing! I received a chargeback from someone who tried to scam me. I am so thankful I had Chargeback. I contacted them immediately through their chat and Jason helped me quickly. He was very reassuring and told me everything I needed to do. Follow up and communication was prompt and efficient. Hoping this appeal turns out in my favor. :)
