Hello, I am the CEO of J. Peterman. We use this service and it is excellent, from the actual technology's functionality to their teams' responsive service level to our teams' questions, etc. Rare combination. Highly recommend.
Thank you for the high praise! We’re glad our team could support you effectively and that the app is working well for your store. Your recommendation means a lot.
Bra applikation, jag kunde få hjälp från supportteamet om mitt Klarna-problem och återbetalning, mycket nöjd med appen, jag rekommenderar den

Best application we've come across for these matters. Well done!
Great app
After 3 weeks of research, multiple phone calls of auditing all of the "chargeback services / RDR services, etc" - we are so glad we realized that Chargeback AI is the best option (and most state of the art) option for Shopify stores. The highest level of automation, the highest level of Shopify integration, speedy onboarding, and an extremely high level of attention to detail and customer care. We will be a long time customer and refer all of our network to be onboarded. Amazing solution. Saved our operation !
