Charlie is by far the easiest OMS we’ve worked with for Shopify.
Setup takes minutes, and you can start routing orders across warehouses and stores right away based on complex rules.
It’s also extremely reliable. Runs quietly in the background, no crashes, no maintenance needed. It helped us roll out ship-from-store while keeping full control on volumes and operations.

Highly recommend for any brand managing multiple locations or looking to improve omnichannel fulfillment.

Charlie has been a great solution for managing our order routing between warehouse and stores. The setup was straightforward and the app works reliably in the background.
