Fantastic! From day one of launching it, our customers started actively using it. The interface is really pleasant, intuitive, and easy to understand, with plenty of features, functionality, and extensive customization options.
We spent a long time considering which app to go with, until we came across Charm — and the decision was instantly clear!
I highly recommend it. And the support you get from the developers? It's like a dream come true for anyone who has ever wished for truly outstanding customer support. Maybe I sound like I'm exaggerating, but once you try it, you'll quickly understand exactly what I mean!

One of the best loyalty apps out there! It perfectly matches our needs, almost as if it were built specifically for us. The app's design is excellent, and the email templates are beautifully crafted and professionally executed. In my opinion, it's far better than Smile.io and many other alternatives on the market. And the pricing? Absolutely amazing for the value it delivers! Highly recommended!

I can only recommend it. The app works better than our previous solution, and since switching, we’ve also noticed that our customers are using the loyalty program more frequently. The support team is very helpful and assisted us both with the migration and the setup afterwards. We also shared a few suggestions for improvements, and they were implemented very quickly.
