The app is very user friendly, im no shopify wiz but this app is pretty easy to use, Dmitri is very helpful and super quick to reply. The guides are useful too. The app is a great addition to my store and very easy for customers to use and shop my products.
Thank you!
Amazing app with excellent customer service! I was able to set up the Charm Bar without any issues and Dimitri was kind enough to walk me through the steps i wasn't sure about and organize everything so it makes sense for my customer shopping journey. He also helped me adjust it to my theme for both desktop and mobile. Love it!
Thank you, Alina! I was glad to help. :)
Founder support is exceptional. Dmitri is always there to help. Plugin has a nice UI and implementation is about as straight forward as it gets.
Thank you for your kind review!
Amazing customer service! They were incredibly helpful and responded right away when I needed assistance. They took the time to guide me through everything and gave me really useful advice. I truly appreciate how friendly, patient, and supportive they were.
The app itself is also great it’s exactly what I was looking for, easy to use, and very reasonably priced. I’m really happy I found it and would definitely recommend it!

Appli super cool, si on a besoin d'aide le service client est super réactif : je recommande !!!
Super app. I searched a long time for an app that has these functionalities and most of them didn't have what I was looking for or were too expensive. As a small business, the price per month for this is brilliant value for what it does. I've reached out to customer service two times for help and they've been prompt and very helpful.
Thank you, Victoria! We are happy that you like the app and customer support. :)
This app is so easy to work with and customer support is excellent. I am highly satisfied so far.
Thank you 😊
