It learns your catalog, shipping and returns policies and store pages automatically, then helps shoppers the way a good salesperson would: it recommends matching products and adds them to the cart, offers the discount codes you allow, and checks order status from an order number and email. When it can't help, it collects the shopper's email so you can follow up. Install the app, turn on the theme app embed and the assistant is ready.
