This app is running on my store for a while now and it’s been genuinely helpful. It doesn’t need much attention once it’s set up, and it takes care of a good number of customer questions on its own. Makes things a bit easier, especially on busy days.

Tried Chatifai because I wanted something straightforward for customer chat without a complicated setup. It was surprisingly easy to configure and the AI responses have been pretty good. So far I’m happy with how it works on my store.
