The domain api.whatsapp.com is blocked by Indonesian internet providers, which makes your app completely unusable for my store and my customers.
You just need to fill in the WhatsApp account and then enable it, and that's all! It's really simple. One thing to note is that there shouldn't be any symbols in the number. At first, I entered the+ and - signs as well, and it failed. But it worked fine after I removed them! Really smart guy! ^^
Thank you so much for your valuable review 🙏✨

Hello,
Please make sure that your settings are configured correctly in order to display representatives separately. Before leaving a review, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support line and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you.
It doesn’t work in proper sync, and since it’s free, they can’t provide support. They constantly send annoying, borderline harassing messages, so I absolutely do not recommend it.
Its easy to install and use, but you need to activate it in 2 places for it to show on your store. On the App itself and also on the Theme.
Thank you for your valuable review.
We’re glad we could help you with our free WhatsApp plugin.
Thank you once again!
