ChatPilot adds a chat bubble to your storefront that answers shopper questions about shipping, returns, delivery and product details, using only the information you give it. Shoppers get a reply in seconds, at any hour. You can ask visitors for a name and email before they chat, then review and export those leads. The dashboard shows how many chats you had and which questions came up most, so you can see what to add to the bot's knowledge next.

Honestly, what I like most about ChatPilot is that I barely have to think about it. Setup was quick just three steps and it was live on my theme. No coding or messing around in the theme editor.
The dashboard is also refreshingly simple. Instead of throwing a bunch of charts at me, it shows what I actually need to know: what customers are asking, what the AI couldn't answer, and which products people keep asking about. I've even started using those questions when thinking about stock.
The AI handles customer questions instantly, even when someone messages at 2am, and I can check the leads the next morning.
It also looks like it actually belongs on my store rather than feeling like a third-party widget.
It's one of those apps that does its job quietly in the background which is exactly what I want.
