Rien à dire, puissant, et support à l'écoute, ça fait 2 semaines que je l'utilise, je vois une nette diminution du support par e-mail.

Great app, as soon as you start giving content, context to the chat, this will relieve a lot of work.
Also, the team behind chatty is exceptional, great pro activeness and they can customize some parts to make it look better. Especial mention to Hazel!
Je suis incroyablement ravie de mon expérience avec l’application Chatty.
Dès la prise en main, la facilité d’utilisation est frappante, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’accompagnement 24/24. J’ai une boutique très particulière, avec des produits techniques qui demandent beaucoup de connaissances précises et une vraie capacité d’analyse des situations clients.
En une seule journée de travail, mon IA est déjà capable de me remplacer sur les questions les plus techniques, avec des réponses cohérentes, fiables et adaptées aux parents. C’est un gain de temps énorme et une vraie tranquillité d’esprit.
Un immense merci à Hazel et Andy, qui ont été présents, réactifs et réellement impliqués à chaque étape. On sent qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un simple support, mais d’un vrai partenariat pour faire fonctionner l’outil dans des conditions réelles de commerce.
Chatty n’est pas juste une application de chat : c’est un outil stratégique, surtout quand on a une activité exigeante.

Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. Chatty AI bot has helped me streamline and answer quick questions very easily. Hope this helps out fellow small business owners! Their support team are also incredibly helpful and kind!

Really great app! Works as expected and even better. Settings could be simplified a bit more. I imagine that non-technical people could struggle to understand what needs to be changed and where but overall - recommend!

Been looking for this solution forever! One portal for email, social media messages, online chat and whatsapp. Extremely happy with this app.
Just installed but so far super happy. Everything is working great, and the support is top-notch - Hana especially. I am still working on my AI buddy to get its knowledge up but the concept and way they do this is really smart!
Support is always excellent, although sometimes they don't take the time to understand the problem, too quick to want to solve the issue which means it takes longer as it leads to inefficient work.
Hana and Jade were particularly helpful today, but it took a long time to get to solve what I contacted them about, but we did fix up some other issues as a consequence of them not understanding my question.
The team was very fast to help us, and made sure everything worked well.
The live chat is easy to install and I was able to match our branding.
The Ai tool is powerful and will free up some time from the customer support.
