The app is easy to configure and get running in a few minutes. The ability to customize the UI and add custom CSS is a plus. Much thanks to Hana who made sure that I am happy and able to work around the app.

Frankly the best support I've ever come across. Lightning quick and they will even make little custom changes for you - mostly in just a few minutes. Tiana, Nikita and Mia are fantastic!!

The app itself is perfect if you want to set up a help desk with FAQs. Not used the live chat yet but I can't wait to get going with that too!

I would definitely recommend this app, not just because of the ease of use, but the functionality and support. I was working on the settings for the first time and reached out to Avada support on a Saturday morning, and to my surprise there was a support by the name of Tiana. Shortly the techs Lydia and Tony looked at my site and resolve the setting. Great service, great app.

This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.

It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. Acabo de empezar a utilizar la aplicación y por ahora funciona genial, es fácil de utilizar y muy intuitiva. Tuve un problema de instalación en la página y me atendieron muy bien, la asistenta Ester fue muy atenta y me arreglo algunos aspectos que le mencione, e inclusive me mejoro mi experiencia con la app. ¡muy recomendada!
