I would definitely recommend this app, not just because of the ease of use, but the functionality and support. I was working on the settings for the first time and reached out to Avada support on a Saturday morning, and to my surprise there was a support by the name of Tiana. Shortly the techs Lydia and Tony looked at my site and resolve the setting. Great service, great app.

I just started using this app and hour ago but I can say it was easy to install, easy to navigate and the customer support is great! Very impressed. Its a pity it only supports one language but I am happy overall! Thank you so much!

This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.

We encountered an issue where the default 'Chatty: Livechat' icon overlapped our 'Wishlist' button at the bottom right corner. Recently, we updated our current FAQ on our website using Avada. This app has a user-friendly interface and includes a direct customer interaction feature via live chat. It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. We had some issues to fix, and all the CS (Sunny, Lydia, Tiana & William) were super helpful!

Acabo de empezar a utilizar la aplicación y por ahora funciona genial, es fácil de utilizar y muy intuitiva. Tuve un problema de instalación en la página y me atendieron muy bien, la asistenta Ester fue muy atenta y me arreglo algunos aspectos que le mencione, e inclusive me mejoro mi experiencia con la app. ¡muy recomendada!

I integrated the Avada Faq page on my Shopify store, it has proven to be a very powerful tool.
Their customer support is excellent, I had a small issue on my side and it was solved in a manner of minutes by their team (Thanks Tiana and Tony for the great work!)
Overall, I would recommend Avada for any future projects that require a Faq.

I find iphone users can't scroll it down, this is so bad, they fix it for a week and still no solutions.

Great app, great customer service, and it's Free.
It's mostly a FAQ app though, as there isn't any chat integration. It just redirects to your what's app or messenger open's email app.
