Audrey was fantastic, patient and very helpful so that we could identify and understand some global issues and well as help me personalized our Chatty system a little more!

very easy to use, help me save a lot of time. The online faq helps me a lot.

I have been able to work through a few problems that I have setting up Chatty with my WhatsApp. Mirra was able to help me and get me up to speed on how it works. She even suggested some other things to consider when setting up the service. I really appreaciate her help. Thank you!

The support team responds instantly — truly impressive. Every answer is clear, detailed, and actually helps solve the issue instead of generic replies. Great app and customer service!

I had a great experience with Andy from the Chatty support team.
He replied quickly, clearly explained how to use the AI chatbot for real-time Shopify order tracking, and even provided a visual example that made everything easy to understand.
