Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

I looked into several AI chat apps, but when I tried it on the demo page, chatty was the only one that responded better than I expected. It recommended products on a card, so I decided to try chatty on my own page. The design is beautiful even without any effort, which was also a deciding factor.
It's currently in the testing phase, but it seems very customizable.

The Chatty team have been absolutely brilliant — they went above and beyond to help me code the backend so that the chatbot looks and functions exactly the way I envisioned. Their support was fast, clear, and genuinely collaborative. It’s rare to find a provider that combines great technology with such hands-on, helpful service. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to create a seamless, branded chat experience.

A great app that has the feature of AI chat and FAQ. It also allows you to create FAQ blocks that can be included in specific page. The support team is very helpful and professional. Worth to give it a try.

The Chatty app and team are always on hand and always very helpful. I have recently learned about a new feature 'Proactive Cart Booster' and I look forward to setting this up to see how this performs by recovering sales. I was shown this by Hana at the Chatty team, who has been most helpful and very patient with me when explaining how to use this feature, as well as explaining the new incoming Whatsapp feature to Chatty and taking on my recommendation. I look forward to using the Whatsapp feature as the Chatty app has been so helpful with assisting with customer queries.

Chatty has recently added more customisation controls so I will be testing those.
Would recommend Chatty.

Been looking for a new livechat solution for months, so far Chatty has been great! Also giving a shout out to their support, specifically Sonny! He solved my issue within 30 seconds and helped me fix a couple of things I didn't even notice were not set up right. Try it out!

Chatty has been a fantastic addition to our store—easy to use, quick to set up, and powerful enough to handle real-time product suggestions and customer engagement. The support team is extremely responsive and always helpful. Would love to see more flexible pricing tiers, but overall, highly recommended!

We use chatty for our website to be able to support and assist every customer during their nvaigation. The app is very easy to set up and link to any shopify based website and it learns very fast.
The test environment is very helpful and the support team is always present and amazing. Had an issue last night and Hana was efficient and fast in providing a solution helping us continuously optimizing our littl chat bot.

A big thanks to Sonny for being super helpful when I had questions. I actually didn't expect a reply so fast. I had a special requirement, and they added that in for me not long after I installed the app, tested it out on multiple devices and even sent me videos so I could see how it was working.

The settings are really straight forward, and the app is easy to navigate. I previously had a manual chat on my website, and I think this is going to be so much more helpful for customers. You can even configure product recommendations based on products and also have it give a code when someone adds something to cart to nudge them to purchase. It's awesome! Loving everything about it so far!
