I'm thoroughly impressed with this AI chat app! The support team, especially Jade is incredibly responsive, efficiently resolving any issues that arise.

More importantly, the app has significantly boosted sales for my store by enhancing customer engagement and streamlining interactions.

Highly recommend for any business looking to leverage AI for better customer service and increased sales.

You have to babysit this tool daily, wasting 20–30 minutes fixing endless errors. Even then, it still fails. Support is a really bad for $49—they only blame you for not “feeding it” enough. First, shipping pages aren’t enough, then you need FAQs, then more questions and answers—it never ends i would use simpler chats and get same results. I don’t understand the 1,5k new positive reviews maybe simple websites and number of products or info

This platform perfectly complements the features that Shopify’s official inbox cannot provide. It’s truly outstanding. The chat functionality is excellent, enabling centralized management of the entire customer support process—from assigning support team members to handling FAQs.

The AI customer service function is very convenient, supports online FAQs compilation, supports chat data tracking, and the online customer service is very good and can solve our problems at any time. Thank you very much！

The customer service was great. Every time I needed help, there was always somebody there to help me out. Unfortunately, it's not answering some customer questions correctly. Even though there was a product in there exactly as the customer wrote it, it still didn't pick it up. I think it's a little early for the AI Chat part of it. We're going to come back and look at it a little later.

I am new to the app, and so far the setup has been straightforward and easy to use. The customer support team has been amazing: responses are quick, Jade and Alicia were especially helpful in answering all of my questions. They’re not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference. I am looking forward to exploring more of the features.

C'est l'application revé ! un assistant de vente et d'aide au suivi des commandes.. c'est génial! et surtout ca nous libère du temps pour le reste du travail. Nous avons fait le choix de Chatty au lieu de créer un chatbot AI avec les outils du marché mais le coût et la sécurité sont mieux avec cette applications.
De plus quand vous avez un support technique aussi serviable que present avec jasmine ... il y'a rien à dire que de l'adopter sans tarder! merci

Excelente, todo bien, a pesar de que tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos al principio, todo el equipo estuvo trabajando para solucionarlo, creo que queda muy poco para que este al 100%, por ahora dejo 4 estrellas por que me falta que una tremenda herramienta como ésta esté al 100%. Gracias Liz y gracias a todos por buenos avances.
