Great support and a helpful app

I use the Chatty app for my online store and I’m very happy with it. I especially want to mention the support: Andy helped me with an issue I had with the app quickly, kindly and professionally.

The communication was easy, and the problem was solved without any hassle.

I have tried a couple of AI bots, but Chatty is the best by far and it keeps improving. From day 1 the support has been great and probably one year on (maybe more) the support is still just as good. Not is it just good, but they are also proactive and will look at your set-up and suggest improvements. Linda was helping me with an issue the other day and the support provided could not have been better. It's a recommend from me.

Had a great experience with their assistance. Andy did a great job helping us debug things and get our bot working the way we pictured it.
