It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.

The app has really made it easier for me to run my business online. It's very intuitive and has allowed me to integrate a direct customer chat and a customizable FAQ section all in one place. Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.
