Hana was incredibly helpful. There was an error with the tracking via Chatty. She fixed it with and gave a simple explanation and was incredibly friendly! Definitely recommended.

Andy was so kind and patience with me. Andy helped me along the way to get my chatty app up and going. Explained everything I was confused about and the pictures to walk me though everything was the greatest. Andy took the time to explain to me why only some of my items was not syncing and offered me information on the promo that was being offered to upgrade which was very helpful as well.
