Hana was incredibly helpful. There was an error with the tracking via Chatty. She fixed it with and gave a simple explanation and was incredibly friendly! Definitely recommended.

I'm a new user and so far, I love it. The people are very nice, and even though I can be difficult, Audrey guided me step-by-step through the setup process. Audrey is awesome, thank you for everything!

Andy was so kind and patience with me. Andy helped me along the way to get my chatty app up and going. Explained everything I was confused about and the pictures to walk me though everything was the greatest. Andy took the time to explain to me why only some of my items was not syncing and offered me information on the promo that was being offered to upgrade which was very helpful as well. Customer support Hana responded very quickly. It is really 24/7 support not like other support that usually does not reply very quickly. Get my problems resovled, very happy with the service. Hana provided great customer service.

Wow, I was talking to Hana today and can I just say how helpful she was. I wasn't rushed and she took the time to explain everything to me and share links for my future use.
