Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

It is getting worse and worse. The more they raise their prices, the lower the quality becomes. The system constantly gets stuck in loops, is extremely difficult to work with, and logs me out every time I use it on my smartphone.

The whole experience is incredibly frustrating. Even the FAQ content is no longer properly recognised by Google Search Console, which creates additional problems for website owners. Paying more for a service that becomes less reliable and less functional is simply unacceptable.

We recently installed Chatty on our Shopify store, and the experience has been excellent. The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is very user-friendly. It has helped us streamline customer communication by bringing multiple channels into one place, making it much easier to manage inquiries and respond quickly.
The automation features are useful, and the customization options allowed us to tailor the chat experience to suit our brand. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions during setup.

UPDATE: I originally gave this app a two-star review. Within just 48 hours of posting my feedback, the Chatty team implemented audible desktop notifications for live chat—exactly the feature I was hoping for.

I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly they listened to customer feedback and delivered a solution. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it has completely changed my experience with the app.
