Excelente, todo bien, a pesar de que tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos al principio, todo el equipo estuvo trabajando para solucionarlo, creo que queda muy poco para que este al 100%, por ahora dejo 4 estrellas por que me falta que una tremenda herramienta como ésta esté al 100%. This is a very powerful and feature-rich app for chat and LINE marketing. Because it has so many functions, the initial setup can feel a bit complex.

However, this is where their support team truly shines.

I had a long and detailed setup process, and later a specific technical issue with CSS customization for the chat icon. The support team, were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire journey. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively helped configure settings and solve the problem for me.

If you are looking for a powerful chat app, Chatty is a great choice. If you value excellent customer support that will guide you every step of the way, then this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!

I was not able to use the app due to the complex nature of what my store requires. However, the support staff did everything the could to accommodate me and my business. We tried all kinds of things to try and get it to work, but in the end the AI is not as complex as I would have needed. Thanks for all your help!

Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.

These developers are absolutely amazing—and the service is ridiculously on point. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever received better support from any app developer, ever. It’s so good, I almost don’t want to write this review because it might give my competitors an edge.

This app is going to save my company a ton of time while answering customer questions up front, 24/7. We’re already pouring more leads into the site now that Chatty AI is up and running—and dialed in. It's that good.

The setup is straightforward if you know your way around GPT-style prompts, and what you can do with this is unbelievable. The AI agents are incredibly smart, the customization is next-level, and again—the service from the team behind it is just top-tier.

If you're on the fence: don’t be. Just buy it. Game-changer.

Chatty makes it really easy to organise my FAQs and show them to customers in a clean, simple way. What I love most is that it supports all kinds of communication, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email so no matter how customers prefer to reach out, I can offer it.

Support has also been great. Every time I’ve had an issue, the customer service team fixed it fast. That’s a big bonus.

Overall, it’s a solid app that just works, makes life easier on both sides.

Great service so far, and a very positive experience. Audrey was very helpful in my first service chat. Pleased with early results. AI only works with chat - hoping that feature can be expanded to FB and IG messenger as well as emails.

Fantastic app for AI and integration with Shopify. Support is always on hand and super fast at replying!

Only feedback is it can't auto assign to agents in order when you run the AI at the same time - which can be hard when you have multiple agents active every day.

Wir haben nur die KI getestet, über die anderen Funktionen können wir nichts sagen. Die KI allerdings funktioniert nicht gut. Wir verkaufen Kosmetik. Und nachdem der Bot mit allen Infos gefüttert wurde, haben wir nach eine Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt. Der Bot schlug unter anderem einen Lippenstift vor. Das Technik Team bei Chatty hat dann nachjustiert. Als wir das nächste Mal nach einem Gesichtsöl für Männer gefragt haben, hat er dann unter anderem einen Nagellack vorgeschlagen. Noch nicht 100% ausgereift würde ich sagen.

2 days into trying the app and I'm happy so far. Needed an AI chatbot and this one is pretty straightforward as well as reasonably priced.

Needed to make some adjustments to its training and instructions, for which the live chat support agent was super helpful - thanks Sonny!

Overall nice app, just make sure to put in a nice and detailed instruction for the AI in order to make it work the best it can.
