What a amazing Support I get from Chatty!
I had a great experience using Chatty for my business. Setting everything up was smooth, and the platform is very user-friendly. I especially want to give a big thanks to Jasmine, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. She made sure I got everything I needed and was always quick to respond. It's not often you get that level of personal support, I highly recommend Chatty!
I’ve been testing out Chatty AI on my Shopify store and ran into a small issue, and I reached out to their support team, and they responded immediately. Their technical team jumped in and resolved the issue very quickly... within an hour or so. The app itself is super intuitive, easy to set up. I’ve tried a few FAQ/chat solutions before, and this one is by far the most polished. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!!!
HUGE UPDATE.. I posted a negative review (seen below) and hours later our site was contacted by multiple employees of theirs saying that we had a garbage site, etc. All of the employees were based in Vietnam. I'm reporting this to Shopify as I'm sure it's against their app terms in some way.
This app is terrible. How do they have all these fake reviews? It has so many glitches. You can't have it not show for certain hours. It glitches when you're trying to talk to anyone.
Please don't waste your time. This positive feedback is BS.

We wanted to make sure some of the specific settings of the Shopify will be hidden by the Chatty - still accessible but not present for the users that would chat with the bot. The support made it happen in the matter of minutes. Hana and Alyssa sure did help a lot in this matter!
If you're looking for an AI Chatbot look further. The AI bot is pretty basic and provides very poor answers e.g. when we asked for our top-selling product it answered it does not sell any products in that category. Even worse, when we installed the App it has overwritten our FAQ page - don't use it.

As for the issue with your FAQ page being overwritten — thank you for highlighting this. It sounds like the app’s FAQ page may not have been assigned to a separate template, which caused it to overwrite your store’s default FAQ page. Outstanding service! After weeks of unsuccessful attempts with other support teams, I finally found real help with CHATTY. We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.
Chatty ai chatbot is extremely helpful to have in my store. The amount of features it has makes it a game changer for your store. You can have a simple FAQ of course but you can also train the chatty ai bot on different questions and answers that you provide it. This is a great tool because it allows you to customize chatty to learn about your specific store and things you may want it to know so it can better assist your customers. They also have a feature that allows you to sync your products so that chatty can learn about them and better answer questions related to those products. It is very customizable and I like how much they offer in the app. I like having it so that any customers that I am not able to help immediately can still have their questions answered until I can reply. Another big thing that I really appreciate from any good app is their customer service. The Chatty team is extremely helpful and kind and get back to you quickly to address any problems you may be having. I was recently helped by Sonny and he was able to take care of issues I was having in a short amount of time due to their in app chat feature. Overall it is a very good app and I am excited to see what other features the team decides to add in the future.
It is a great App, but it doesn't notify you when your customer visits your website. However, I love the app, and it's user-friendly.
Easy to use, great features, highly customisable.
The AI Chatbot seems to work well in scanning product info and relaying it back to customers.
Would recommend.
