Disappointing, - only one user at a time, no logout option, no " after shop hours" customer messaging . Not a good option for a large e-commerce business.

We understand your concerns, and we would like to address them to ensure you have the best possible experience with our app.
While Chatty has been available on Shopify for around two years, our live chat feature was introduced just four months ago. We labeled it as "beta" because we are continuously adding new features and making improvements based on user feedback.
1. Multiple Users and Chat Assignment:
- Currently, our app allows only one user to be logged in at a time, which can be challenging for larger teams. To help manage this, we are actively working on a feature that will allow you to see which chat is assigned to which supporter. This will prevent confusion when multiple customer service representatives are handling chats simultaneously.
2. After-Hours Messaging:
- When no one is logged in, our app does provide an option for customers to leave a message. However, we understand that the current solution might not be very intuitive. We are planning to improve this feature to clearly indicate to customers when no one is available and provide an option for them to leave a message easily.
3. Work Hours Configuration:
- We do have a solution for after-hours availability, but it currently requires manual configuration based on fixed work hours. We are working on automating this process to better match your agents' login times and improve the overall user experience.

This is a beautiful app that's easy to use and has an excellent support team to boot.
I got help via email from Lydia and via live chat from Linda. Both were very quick to respond — any issues I had were resolved within the day.
I'm using this in conjunction with Shopify Inbox. If their live chat feature gets developed further, I might switch over to just using this.
Great app overall. Would highly recommend!
It's a great app, I use it to setup an excellent and professional FAQ page quickly. The support team is also awesome. Today I hit an issue, that's the FAQ page only shows up part of the questions. I reached out to support team, Kevin helped me fix this issue quickly, that's pretty fantastic.
I recently started using this app and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The user interface is intuitive and the features are exactly what I needed for my online store. I had a few questions initially, but Nolan from the support team was incredibly helpful and resolved all my queries promptly. His assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable and efficient support.
Firstly, Tracy was awesome. They were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had several requests for assistance using the chatbot. It was customer service at its finest. This is one the best apps I've tested, free or otherwise. The FAQs page and widget are top-notch. I have not tested the AI features.
A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps.
As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out.
we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet. We hope you consider reinstalling the app so we can provide better support and ensure you get the most out of our service.

La page suivi de commande est catastrophique. Vous êtes redirigé via un site absolument pas friendly, qui n'est pas connecté à Shopify et donc ne propose pas un réel suivi de la commande.
De plus, bien qu'il soit pratique de pouvoir être contacté via différentes applications, il n'est pas possible d'être contacté directement via notre site.

La aplicación genial, faltan cosas como es normal pero están trabajando en ello. Es muy completa y cómoda para el cliente. Me gustaría que incluyeran el idioma Español aunque en el chat de atención al cliente se traduce automáticamente
Cabe destacar que el servicio de atención al cliente es muy rápido y eficaz he estado hablando con "Lydia" por unos problemas que había con las FAQS y el seguimiento de pedidos y en un rato lo hemos resulto, muy amable, rápida y eficaz
Applicazione fantastica, versatile e super utile. Tante funzionalità racchiuse in una sola app. Tra l'altro ho incontrato alcune difficoltà nel configurare determinati servizi, e sono stata aiutata in maniera impeccabile da Lydia, che ringrazio infinitamente, che è stata gentilissima nel rispondere alle mie domande e nel risolvere i miei problemi.
App consigliatissima perché integra F.A.Q, Chatbox e Live Chat ed ha un servizio di assistenza efficiente e assolutamente appassionato.
