Excellent Customer Service - Kind, clear and prompt!

So far, customer service has been amazing. I am not sure if I have addressed all my concerns yet. I installed it yesterday, but today Hazel helped me solve a couple of problems I was having with the Botbox communication. Thank you Hazzle! Everyone has been great!
