UPDATE: I originally gave this app a two-star review. Within just 48 hours of posting my feedback, the Chatty team implemented audible desktop notifications for live chat—exactly the feature I was hoping for.
I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly they listened to customer feedback and delivered a solution. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it has completely changed my experience with the app.

We had an issue where the live chat window disappeared when customers tried to start a conversation, but thankfully, Hazel helped resolve it. Everything is working fine now!
This app is absolutely disgusting. They charge me an extra $68 every month on top of my subscription fee, and AI usage is still limited. Everyone, beware before signing up.

Thank you for taking your time to leave the feedback. We're really sorry the extra $68 came as a surprise, and that the team did not explain it clearly enough when you first asked. That is on the team, and we take responsibility for it.
To clarify: each Chatty plan includes a set number of AI conversations per billing cycle (500 on Pro). Once they are used up, the AI either pauses until the next cycle, or keeps replying at $0.40 per extra conversation, up to the monthly overage limit in Chatty > Subscription > View details > Change limit. Based on the usage recorded on the account, the extra $68 was for AI conversations above the 500 included, not a second subscription fee.
