Hana was great; she responded very quickly and resolved my problem promptly. I'm very grateful to her.

Customer service is quick, very helpful, and friendly. Andy, has been especially helpful in working through an issue we had with the service.

I’ve tried other chatbot apps, but I’ve never seen an app as convenient as Chatty. I had some additional questions, so I reached out to customer service, and the representative Hazel resolved my issues perfectly in real time. I highly recommend this app.

Very good Response from the support team; Hana was really helpful in making the process seamless.
