Outstanding product backed by fantastic customer support. AI is transforming the customer experience, and Chatty has been a game-changer in our ability to offer 24/7 white-glove support to our customers.
The Chatty team has helped us make delivery tracking available through our website chat, which should save us considerable time answering delivery queries during our busy Christmas season.
This was a technical request involving EasyRoutes, our delivery routing app, which calculates delivery ETAs. The team investigated the options and configured Chatty to share the customer’s tracking link, giving them an easy way to check their estimated arrival time without needing to contact us directly or find an earlier notification.
Excellent technical support, clear communication and thorough follow-through.
