ECサイトのセミナーの講師からこのアプリを勧められました。日本の「LINE」というアプリの店舗アカウントの購読登録者数を増やすために利用しています。無料の試用時点で効果的に登録者数が増えてきたので、この度有料契約に踏み切りました。
チャットでのカスタマーサポートも優秀で、非常に手際が良いです。年間契約しましたので、まずは一年目の効果に期待しています。

Aiuto rapido buona applicazione! Rispondono molto velocemente e cercano di aiutare e risolvere il problema. L'applicazione funziona anche molto bene e non ho mai avuto problemi!

Super schnelle Einrichtung und Funktionsweise. Der kostenlose-Plan bietet sich eher für kleine Webseiten an, die wenig Traffic haben.
Der Support ist super schnell und hilfreich.

Preferirei un piano gratuito un po’ più ampio, dato che ci sono altre app gratuite che offrono questo servizio.
Tutto sommato però l’app funziona bene, è sicura e mi piace anche il lato custom.

LINEのフローティングボタンを設置するためにこのアプリを導入しました。設定画面は英語でしたがビジュアル的にもわかりやすく使いやすかったです。設定時、ウィジェットがPC版では表示されるが、スマホ版では表示されない状況となりましたが、問い合わせのチャットで質問したところ、同日中に対応頂きアップデートされ、問題なく表示されるようになりました。Google翻訳を使用してのチャットでしたが、きちんと対応頂けたため、無事使用でき良かったと思います。

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe ein Upgrade vorgenommen, da ich langfristig diese App nutzen werde. Der Support ist sehr zügig und leicht verständlich, die App sehr übersichtlich und leicht verständlich, ich bin begeistert.

I was worried about shopify because there are only a few applications that support Japanese, but Chaty is easy to use and easy to implement even if i don't understand the language. I was grateful for the immediate response to my inquiries.

The app is really great. Everything I was looking for! Karina from customer service helped me so much with all my questions. I wanted to change the position of the widget and to take off the pop up message. There are so many features, I'm really so pleased with it! So luck I found you:)
