Chaty is easy to use and makes it simple for customers to contact us directly through WhatsApp. The widget works well on our Shopify store, and the customer support team is excellent! Very helpful and make sure I have everything I need.
We have WhatsApp, Email and Phone on our website and they have been very useful. I was a little annoyed when the cycle stopped mid month, but I've realised that is due to being on the free plan. (the amount of visitors could be a little higher seeing as it has nothing to do with the amount of clicks on the widget)

If there's no stars I will choose it , you don't even deserve a star.
The app pushes upgrade requests almost immediately and appears to count store visits even when it isn't being used. This makes the usage tracking seem inaccurate and misleading. I was very disappointed with the experience.
