Happy with the product and the customersupport is very very fast. I am recommending it to other merchants.
The app is easy to handle and self-explaining. In need of assistance the Support Team is always available and responding very quickly, which helps a lot to fix issues on the spot.
Very happy with the modality and ease of use with Checkout Wiz. The team and staff go above and beyond to help me set up and change and test what works best for my store. I'm enjoying this upsell feature! I will continue to use their service and support.
The app is powerful and has a lot of cool features. We need to customize some text on our checkout page and set up was easy.
Their support team is very helpful and respond quickly.
I highly recommend this app.
nothing displays on my thank you page
Sorry for this experience. As discussed over email, the block wasn't placed on the thank you page editor and hence it wasn't visible. The setup instructions mentioned how to place the block.
We would've loved to help and get it up and running, but since it was 3 AM here, our support team wasn't online at that point.
This app works perfectly for customising the checkout experience on Shopify! It’s easy to set up, and if any issue comes up, customer service is quick and super helpful. Highly recommended!
