Great App, hopefully will save some pennies by using it - using it too hide scottish highland postcodes for our courier options as the surcharges were getting silly so now it just leaves the tracked Royal Mail options available

The app provides incredible checkout customizations and after reaching out for support, Sam immediately not only addressed the issue but proactively built out custom rules to accomplish what we need. I simply clicked a button to implement.

Since launching a shopify store 3 years ago and after using countless other apps, I can honestly say Sam from BeSure Checkout Rules provided me with the with the best customer support and guidance across all apps and interactions.

Great plugin that does what it says and does it well with a simple interface. I used it to re-order my shipping methods so that the pre-selected one would be the correct one. I had a small question and Sam answered instantly and fixed my issue. 5 stars for this plugin that solves a major Shopify shortcoming.

We had to fine-tune some things with our deliveries in the checkout and this app worked perfectly for us. It let us hide/show some shipment options based on if the customer entered a company or not. We also have some shipping options from a third party (carrier-calculated shipping) and we could fine tune these as well to make the customer experience better. Only took a few minutes to set everything up.

I found this application to be very robust: I created some validation rules and it works very well. The testing feature is really useful, not only because it has no impact on a live running store, but also because it allows stores under development to set up checkout rules without having to pay for a subscription plan. Also, thank you Sam for always being helpful, fast and kind!

If you are seeking an app to enhance your checkout process, look no further. When I first delved into the Shopify experience, I was overwhelmed by the array of app options available. The workflow I needed was somewhat unique in my view. I oversee a store that offers products through both in-person sales and drop-ship channels. While the products are identical, they are assigned different SKUs to differentiate between the two channels. To offer free delivery for a drop-shipped SKU at checkout, I was in need of a condition that requires a certain subtotal to be reached for specific SKUs in the cart. Additionally, I wanted to establish rules that allow the merging of in-person and drop-ship purchases in a single transaction, taking into account the subtotal requirement linked to the drop-ship SKU. One of these features were not initially part of the system's design. However, upon my request, the developer, Sam, took the initiative to assess the possibility of incorporating it. Sam efficiently integrated my feature through chat, providing exceptional support and achieving seamless functionality within a few days. This application is capable of handling anything from simple rules to more intricate workflows in the checkout process. We are still in testing mode but this is exactly the app I was looking for. We sell heavy items and wanted to make a rule that was both based on a maximum weight and a minimum spend to benefit from free shipping.
This is the only aspect I have explored right now. Very intuitive once you pick the right type of rule type. Sam was brilliant! Let's hope this improves our conversion rate :))

We sell high-value items and use shopify basic plan. This app do not let you hide credit card payments with the basic plan.

All we want is for high-value items to show wire transfer option. Is very risky to sell high-value items and get paid by credit card since cards can get chargeback any time and you will lose the high-value item and money. You need to have shopify plus which cost more to make this app work at least to hide credit card payments option.

I change the review from 1 to 2, but the description was not clear or said that this app have to be on Shopify Plus to be able to hide "credit card payment".
Could be nice that this is well highlighted in description before someone installs the app and loses time trying to make it work when it will not work unless the person has Shopify Plus.

We have a large inventory store (+20,000 individual items), it was an absolute nightmare with the 'Free Shipping' always showing up first in the check out. At least one or more customers a day would choose the free shipping.

I initially had a tiny issue with setting up the app so I emailed support, Sam had everything figured out in no time! Now we will have a much better customer experience going forward. Thanks Sam! You rock!
