Muy buena app, y por sobre todo muy buen servicio de soporte. Tuve un problema en el checkout (un ajuste de shopify, no de la app) y me respondieron inmediatamente, ayudándome a corregirlo. Recomendada

bsure is simple to use and highly effective with amazing customer service
i’ve had a great experience using the Besure Checkout Rules app. The platform is easy to use, and what really stands out is the support team. Their agents are extremely patient, take the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely try to help rather than rush you.
I’d especially like to mention Adam, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the effort and customer service provided by the Besure team are truly amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and supportive service.

Sam and the BeSure Checkout Rules team are great. The app works exactly as expected.
Thank you for your feedback and appreciation! 😊
The support was excellent, and we were able to set up shipping with complex conditions and hide the payment buttons on any page.
Thank you for your very courteous service.
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear our support helped you set up complex shipping conditions and customize your payment options. We're always here to assist!
If you need more specific shipping options beyond weight and order value, this app is a good solution. Using postcode location ans product tags to also filter shipping options has solved a problem we have had for many years with the limits of Shopify shipping settings. Support is helpful, be patient for their responses before you make a decision to keep the app or not.
We also have begun using the discount shipping options for our repeat customers, one of a few other options in the app you can configure and hiding some payment options that have high transaction fees can be hidden for orders under a certain value. Handy options to fill the many gaps the Shopify has.
Thank you for the detailed review! We're really glad the app helped you overcome Shopify’s shipping limitations using postcodes and product tags, and that features like discounted shipping for repeat customers and hiding high-fee payment options are proving useful. We appreciate your patience and kind words about our support! 🙌
Really good app, it has so many features that make dealing with shipping much easier than anything else i've looked at.
excellent customer service when i needed help too. very fast response.
Great app that gives granular control over customizing your checkout (hiding, reordering rates, preventing certain types of spam checkouts).
Developer is really responsive too.
Thank you for the great review! We're glad the app gives you the granular control you need at checkout, and we appreciate the kind words about our responsiveness. Always happy to help! 🙌
