Quick Support
TOP , THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL
This app doesn't contain what I was looking for in a checkout app, but I must admit that what I was looking for is quite specific. The reason I rate this app 1/5 stars is because there is no clear way to cancel your subscription. This should be easily accesible.
Hello D2BMotivated,
This is Darian, the creator of the app. Thank you for your feedback. With Shopify billing all app subscriptions are automatically cancelled when you uninstall the app. But I agree, Ill add some messaging on the subscription page that communicates this.
Thank you again for giving the app a try and please feel free to reach out to me at darian@tryplusapps.com and hopefully I can help you in anyway that makes it so you can reconsider your review!
