Brilliant app and even better support. The team helped us get set up in no time, the features are exactly what we needed to show reviews at checkout, and the analytics let us actually see the impact. Highly recommend.
The developer is patient and helpful and we've seen a good turn around after using the app!
Thank you so much, it's been a genuine pleasure working with the Teton team! Delighted to hear about the turnaround, and we're always here whenever you need us. 🙏
So far Checkout Review has been working out great on our store. I wanted to find a show to show more than just a static review at checkout and this was exactly the solution I was looking for.
I had some questions about customization and their team responded quickly and were super helpful in getting everything to look the way we wanted and positioned in the right spot.
I would highly recommend to anyone with a decent number of reviews with a Shopify Plus account.

Excellent customer service!
I had some initial hiccups, but I reached out for help, and Louis worked diligently over the weekend to get my reviews to sync from Okendo. Thank you!
Thank you so much Grant! Really appreciate you taking the time to leave this. It was a team effort getting the Okendo integration running smoothly and we're glad we got there. Looking forward to continuing to help you convert more customers at checkout! 🙌
Just started using this new checkout review app with my Shopify store and honestly, it’s been a really smooth experience so far. Setup was quick, everything integrated without any hassle, and it looks clean on the frontend which is a big plus.
Big bonus for us, it worked really well alongside Judge.me, which we were already using. No conflicts, everything just synced up nicely and kept our review flow consistent.
Support setting it up with Louis was great - really helpful and made the whole process straightforward.
Thank you so much for this, really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Delighted to hear the Judge.me integration worked seamlessly and that everything looks clean on your store. That's exactly what we aim for.
Looking forward to seeing the impact on your checkout conversions, don't hesitate to reach out anytime!
The setup was quick and straightforward, and it integrated seamlessly with our existing Judge.me reviews. Everything worked smoothly from the start.
Louis has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. He genuinely listens to merchant feedback and is clearly building the product with real-world use cases in mind.
We’re also excited about some of the promising features in development, especially things like review translation at checkout — similar to how Judge.me handles translations across the website. For bilingual stores like ours, this is a very valuable addition.
Hi Simon,
Thank you so much for this, it genuinely made our day!
It's great to hear the Judge.me integration is working well for you. The review translation feature is something we're actively working on and feedback like yours is exactly what's shaping it — we'll keep you posted!
We're truly grateful for your continued feedback, it's what helps us grow and build something merchants actually love. We're lucky to have customers like you!
