אני עובד באופן שוטף עם האפליקציה שלכם לצורך יצירת משלוחים דרך חברת השילוח.
שמתי לב שבמערכת קיימת רק אפשרות לבחירת משלוח של עד 20 ק״ג, בעוד שבפועל אני שולח ברוב המקרים חבילות במשקל של עד 10 ק״ג. אפשרות זו קיימת באתר של חברת השילוח, אך אינה זמינה באפליקציה.
המשמעות היא שאני נאלץ ליצור משלוח דרך האפליקציה, לאחר מכן להיכנס ידנית לאתר חברת השילוח, לבטל את המשלוח וליצור אותו מחדש עם המשקל הנכון. מדובר בתהליך לא יעיל שגוזל זמן ומכביד על העבודה השוטפת.
אשמח אם תוכלו להוסיף אפשרות של משלוח עד 10 ק״ג גם במערכת.
