Chizy: AI Chatbot & AI Chat

We’ve had a very positive experience with Chizy while preparing our Shopify store for launch. The chatbot has performed well in our tests, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. They even customized the agent name to match our store’s language, so it now works across Slovenian, English, German and Croatian. Excellent support and a great experience so far!

Great chatbot. The bot understood the website without requiring a tedious information-dumping ritual, which is frankly the bare minimum we should expect from technology in this century.

Jade was incredibly helpful throughout the setup process, assisting us with the customisation needed to ensure the final experience was properly aligned with our brand. The level of support, attention to detail, and flexibility has been outstanding.

An all-round impressive experience.

Product works well with my site and the ability to add training data at any time is wonderful. It has done a good job answering customers' questions and sending customers to us when there isn't a great automated answer for a very specific question. It also is very polite when visitors try to add emojis or other non-question info into the chat box. Customer support has been terrific - very fast to respond with helpful tips.

AI Chatbot saves a lot of time answering customers' questions. It was easy to set up, and the information given to customers by AI is accurate. I love the integration with Shopify Inbox: I get notifications about new messages on my phone's Inbox app!

It is really flexible and works well. Hasn’t brought me any sales yet but its early days. Support is very good. Im happy to have found this app.
