ClearSale Fraud Protection

Stop fraud. Approve more holiday shoppers. Protect your revenue.
Strict fraud tools get more aggressive during the holidays. They block real shoppers as often as fraudsters, right when order volume peaks. That means lost sales, frustrated buyers, and chargebacks you don't deserve. ClearSale fixes that. Every order gets reviewed using AI and human analysis, so you approve more good customers and stop actual fraud. If a fraudulent order slips through, we cover the chargeback. No fraud expertise needed, no rules to manage. Just more approvals, fewer losses.
- Stop fraud before it costs you: Catch fake orders before they become chargebacks
- Approve more real customers; prevent false declines from stalling your growth.
- Chargeback guarantee. If we approve it and it's fraud, we'll cover it.

They will deny most, if not all of your claims even with a signed proof of delivery, call it a "commercial dispute" despite the item being signed at the delivery address, and charge you for it. In the event you corner them with evidence and finally get them to approve a claim, they will say you have overdue invoices, depsite being on auto-pay, use the balance on the approved claim to "balance" the overdue invoices.
Thank you for for feedback and for being a valued client - We've escalated this to our client services team and they'll be in touch with you ASAP to get this resolved.

Very resonable rates for peace of mind to weed out fraudulent orders. Very few have slipped through and when they did clear.sale covered us with no hassle. Attentive on the occasion we resubmit an order that was declined that we believe to be valid. Nothing but a great experience with this insurance against the fraudsters.
Support is very difficult to get in touch with, everything feels like a sales pitch rather than helping existing customers. They take a cut from every transaction despite not providing coverage for every transaction (transactions over a certain value are not protected even though you get charged for them). Responses are taking longer and longer to come through and false positives have increased making it difficult to justify this service.
We appreciate your candid input—it helps us identify where improvements are needed. Our team will continue working to refine our processes, reduce decision friction, and deliver the level of service our merchants expect.
We have escalated your concerns to our head of customer service and someone will be in touch ASAP.
