We had been using this app for years without any issues - it's straightforward, does what it says it will, for a reasonable price. When we did have an issue after a recent update, support was fast and took care of the issue the same day. Highly recommended.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an awesome review. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences because they are unincentivized. It's only when we receive such positive feedback, do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you made our day!
Customer service is great. It's a simple app but does what it says. Having customer service chat able to help with issues right away is huge.
Thanks for the awesome! We work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we’re happy to hear we hit the mark for you.
Works the best of the ones we tested and Support was able to resolve all the issues we brought up.
WOW! Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you trusting the app and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
Easiest app to use on the marketplace. The install was seamless and when we had customization questions the customer support was able to assist immediately. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience and look forward to working with you!
So far it's been working as per what we needed. We had some UX issues with how the app was loading and they were able to fix it really fast, great support Will continue to use it!
Thank You for giving us a shot, and even more for leaving us this review. We work hard to deliver the best app experience and we’re glad that you liked it!
The team behind this app are really helpful and work quickly to resolve any issues. App is easy to use too.
Outstanding app! Got to be the most simple and user friendly variant image app out there. What's more, the price, customer support and loading times beat their rivals hands down. I previously used an alternative app, but upon changing theme I required support, especially with Christmas traffic hitting the website. Broken promises and a lack of support lead to me installing this app, and it's developers dealt with a minor teething issue immediately. Highly recommend! I'll be sticking with these guys!
Super easy to set up and use. I can now add extra variants and images and I don't have to worry about a messy and confusing product page. And less load time too! Support is awesome. I would like to have a complete list of my products in the app admin...they have to be brought up with search...but it wasn't a deal breaker and hopefully it will be added at some point;)
Super responsive customer service that helped make adjustments for our non-standard theme. The app does as promised without a bunch of unnecessary extras. My images are slightly slower loading, but I think that's primarily because of the image size we're using, not the app.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for taking the time to post this review. It's our customers that allow us to constantly improve the app experience! Wish you good luck!
Fantastic app, one of the easiest for the concept it is built for, variant images.
We had a big update on our theme and it stopped working, but they solved it in a couple of days.
5 out of 5 stars easily.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience and look forward to working with you!
