I was a bit frustrated with the switching at first thinking it would cause more delays to results. your team in this instance was very good at resolving the issues. Also, it was helpful to be able to upload mp4 to the chat rather than just screen shot. Thank you for your help today resolving the delivery fee issue on the website and the POS of our shopify store.
