We are super happy with Postly, and the support is a big reason why. Tony is incredibly fast to respond, always goes the extra mile, and has resolved every query we've raised. Honestly some of the best app support we've ever dealt with. The app itself works great too, keeping our Royal Mail Click & Drop fulfilment running smoothly across two Shopify Plus stores. Highly recommended.
Wonderful app that makes using Shopify and Royal Mail Click and Drop so much smoother and faster. Great customer service too. I had a small issue moving from a Consumer to Business Click and Drop account and Tony sorted it out for me immediately. 100% recommend.
Just works, nice and easy. We noticed that VAT was being added twice once an order was synced into RM. Emailed Tony and he sorted it out very quickly. Makes international shipping very easy if you're new to it.
